Refund policy

Since most items are made to order, customers have a 3 day period upon receiving their item during which if they are unhappy with their product in any way, they can return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges; buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Item must be in new and UNUSED condition.  

-After 3 days, all sales are final. All returned items must be in new and unused condition when returned.

-Custom orders and monogrammed items are non-refundable.

-Please contact me before returning item so I know it's on the way. Include the name and order number from the order, so I may correctly process the return. Any missing info may cause a delay.

-Please consider obtaining tracking information for any package sent back; I am not responsible for any items that have been lost on its way back to me. This is at your own discretion but highly recommended. Thanks!
